The girls attended the JeffCo Classic on Sunday where they finished 1st in pool play and went undefeated. They moved on to the semifinals to face St. Louis Metro, a team they were familiar with, as this was the same team they defeated in a championship round 2 weeks prior. Metro was hungry for a rematch. Metro came out strong with a victory in the 1st game of the match, Navy responded with a 19-12, and 15-8 win to advance to the finals.
The championship began with a long game. H2 found themselves out of substitutes and plagued with missed serves, H2 lost 26-24 to NSSC. H2 showed their maturity to win the 2nd game with ease but lost their steam in the 3rd game to conclude with a Silver medal in the Gold division.
